IT Systems Analyst & UI/UX Designer with 10+ years delivering enterprise solutions and polished digital experiences.
I'm Nefta Fonseca, an IT Systems Analyst and UI/UX designer based in Round Rock, TX. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Web Design & Interactive Media from the Art Institute of Austin, and I bring 10+ years of experience across enterprise application support, system administration, and front-end design.
Most recently I spent nearly a decade at Southwest Key Programs as a Data Systems Analyst, administering enterprise platforms like ServiceNow and ETO, delivering Tier I–III support, building dashboards and reports, and leading UAT for software rollouts.
Before that I served as a Signal Support Systems Specialist in the U.S. Army, managing secure communications and LAN/WAN infrastructure. I hold an inactive U.S. government security clearance. I'm equally at home in a terminal or a Figma file — and I bring the same discipline to both.
